Description
The purpose of the meeting is to update the membership on a potential change to the way property taxes (oil and gas wells and equipment) are being assessed in Louisiana. The change would come by way of a Constitutional Amendment related to the Ad Valorem assessment for oil & gas wells and equipment. The Constitutional Amendment is part of ongoing work between the Louisiana Assessors and LOGA/LMOGA to resolve decades old disputes.
